owner & principal
Multi-award-winning window fashion professional. Brenda has worked with local designers and the area’s top design centers for over 30 years. She is well known in the North Texas area as an inexhaustible source of creative energy. She is a Pilates enthusiast who enjoys the outdoors, especially with her dog Bailey. A true-bred Dallasite, she loves the Dallas Arboretum, local art shows, art galleries, and the Dallas Symphony.
Senior Design Consultant
Stephanie Freeman has produced stunning window treatments and interior designs for over 20 years. She began her career as a soft goods specialist at a leading design studio, then became Vice President of Sales at an award-winning workroom. She joined Custom Drapery Designs in 2014 as the lead designer for window treatments and interior design. Stephanie loves to travel with her family, experience new cultures, their history, and architecture.
Interior Designer & Architect
Megan Howie is an award-winning interior designer with over 30 years of experience. She started her career specializing in soft goods design and is excited to return to her roots. Megan has also served as the interior design lead for a Dallas architectural firm. Before joining CDD, she owned her own interior design firm, focusing on residential remodeling. Megan is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces for her clients. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, cooking her signature dishes, and spending time with her family and mini Aussie.
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Lexi brings creativity and strategy together as the Digital Marketing Coordinator for Custom Drapery Designs. With a background in digital marketing and a passion for design storytelling, she helps showcase the company’s beautiful interiors and custom window treatments across social platforms and marketing campaigns. Outside of work, Lexi loves workout classes, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Office Manager
Jackie brings both organization and heart to the Custom Drapery Designs team. A proud graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Accounting, she ensures that our day-to-day operations run seamlessly and efficiently. When she’s not keeping the studio on track, Jackie enjoys spending her time reading a good book, shopping for the perfect find, taking Pilates classes, and going on long walks. She loves traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with friends. Her positive energy and attention to detail make her an essential part of our team—and a joy to work with every day.
